Preview privacy
A clear explanation of how preview details are used.
This page explains the current Kitchen Front preview-request journey. It does not add tracking, publish customer information or turn illustrative material into proof.
Who is responsible
Clearfront operates Kitchen Front and is responsible for information submitted through the private-preview route.
What we collect
Business name, current website, showroom location, contact name and email are required to begin a private review. Phone number and notes are optional. Hosting and security services may also process basic technical request information.
Why we use it
We use the information to assess the showroom website, prepare or discuss a private preview, respond to the request and keep a minimal administrative record.
Who processes it
Information may be handled by the hosting, form-storage and email services configured for this website. It is not presented as a customer list and is not sold.
How long it is kept
We keep preview-request information only while it is useful for reviewing and responding to the request, and for any reasonable legal or administrative requirement.
Your choices
You can ask for access, correction or deletion, or object to further use. Email hello@kitchenfront.co.uk with “Privacy request” in the subject so it can be identified and handled through the monitored Kitchen Front route.
Please do not submit
Do not include passwords, payment information, health information or other sensitive or confidential material in the preview form.
