The work after launch

A managed layer around a premium showroom website.

The £99/month plan is the managed website, hosting and improvement layer. It is not a promise of unlimited bespoke work, a fixed task count or guaranteed search and enquiry results.

The £99 operating rhythm

  1. 01
    Weekly care

One prioritised in-scope review cycle covers the most useful current website, technical, content, local-search or enquiry-path need.

  2. 02
    Monthly readback

Completed work, checks, blockers, the next useful priority and anything awaiting showroom approval are summarised plainly.

  3. 03
    Owner approval

Facts, imagery, publication-sensitive content, integrations, domains and other approval-bound changes wait for showroom approval.

Routine website requests use the agreed managed-service intake route. Scope and turnaround are agreed per request before work starts; no universal response-time promise is made in this preview.

Paid media, third-party subscriptions, bulk content, specialist recovery, links or PR, new external integrations and work outside the agreed website boundary are separately scoped.

Sample monthly improvement report · demonstration only

Month 01

A plain-English readback of completed work, observed checks, the next useful priority and anything waiting for showroom approval.

Completed in this sample
  • Reworked the mobile kitchen-gallery path so the enquiry action remains visible after browsing.
  • Added an in-scope service-area page using approved showroom facts and internal links.
  • Corrected one broken project image and reviewed the affected page on phone, tablet and desktop.

Next priorityNext suggested priority: strengthen one verified project story and its route into the planner.

Awaiting approvalAwaiting showroom approval: final project photographs and permission to publish the project location.

This is an illustrative report format, not evidence of work completed for a customer or a promise of a fixed monthly task count. Real reports use verified activity and available measurement.

Only after approval

What happens to a live enquiry?

The planners on this page stop before transmission. A live handoff is only enabled after its destination, acknowledgement and failure behaviour have been approved and tested.
  1. 01
    Customer completes the planner

Required details and consent wording are validated.

  2. 02
    A validated enquiry is created

Duplicate, attachment and provider-failure handling follow the approved live contract.

  3. 03
The approved showroom destination receives it

This may be a monitored inbox or a separately supported CRM—not an arbitrary recipient.

  4. 04
    The owner reviews and responds

Routing, assignment and response ownership stay explicit.

  5. 05
    The customer receives an acknowledgement

Only after the final wording, sender and delivery path have been approved and tested.

No live inbox, CRM, calendar, tracking, storage or customer acknowledgement is connected in these examples.

The managed service

What £99/month is designed to cover.

Kitchen Front builds the site, hosts it, improves local search visibility and strengthens the enquiry journey—so your team can focus on kitchens and customers.
01

Build and launch preparation

A rebuilt, mobile-first kitchen website using approved business facts, galleries, project sections and enquiry calls to action. Nothing changes on your live domain without separate approval.

02

Existing-site transition

In-scope pages, verified content and images, redirects, domain and DNS steps are reviewed and agreed before any separately approved switch. The existing site stays unchanged until then; third-party account transfers are not implied.

03

Hosting and managed care

Hosting, website edits by email, health monitoring and routine website updates are included within the managed website boundary.

04

Search and enquiry foundations

Relevant technical, content, local-search and enquiry-path improvements are prioritised without promising rankings, traffic or enquiry outcomes.

05

Integration before activation

The planners here are non-transmitting demonstrations. Real email, CRM, calendar, consent, retention and failure handling are confirmed, approved and tested separately before any live connection.

No setup fee.Private preview takes no payment. Your first 30 live days are free. Near the end, we ask whether you would like to continue. Nothing is charged automatically. Only after you explicitly agree to carry on does the £99/month service begin. No setup fee. The paid-service and exit terms are confirmed before that agreement.Your domain, brand, approved content and images, enquiries and customer relationships remain yours. Website-file export or transfer, technical exit, hosting and rollback terms are confirmed before activation.

Migration safety

A migration safety pack before any switch.

A private rebuild does not replace the current site. The transition is separately reviewed, evidenced and approved.
  1. 01
    Page and asset inventory

Agree the in-scope URLs, verified copy, images and files.

  2. 02
    Redirect map

Map changed URLs and test every agreed redirect before cutover.

  3. 03
    Search foundations

Review titles, descriptions, canonicals, sitemap, robots and structured facts.

  4. 04
    Measurement continuity

Agree any approved analytics and Search Console access; no tracking is assumed from the preview.

  5. 05
    Staging acceptance

Check the final routes, forms, imagery, accessibility and noindex removal plan before launch approval.

  6. 06
    DNS and rollback

Name the responsible people, exact records, cutover window and technically feasible return path.

This is a migration checklist, not evidence of a completed client migration or a guarantee that rankings, traffic or enquiries will remain unchanged.

The evidence gate

How demonstration proof becomes a genuine case study.

No permissioned launched-client result is claimed here today.Design quality can be shown now. Client outcomes require a controlled pilot, a verified baseline and written permission before publication.
  1. 1

Select one showroom only after explicit contact and pilot approval.

  2. 2

Record the approved website, traffic and qualified-enquiry baseline before any switch.

  3. 3

Launch only after source, integration, privacy, DNS and rollback checks are signed off.

  4. 4

Measure the agreed enquiry and operating outcomes without presenting correlation as guaranteed causation.

  5. 5

Publish a named case study, figures or testimonial only with written customer approval.

This section describes the evidence gate only. A pilot, showroom contact, launch and any case-study publication each require separate approval.

Before anything goes live

Confirmed in writing before activation.

These operational terms are not silently assumed from a preview. The activation pack must name each final route, deadline and exit behaviour before payment or a live-domain change.
